Content Ownership and License
All photographs, texts, maps, routes, and design work you see are created by us or licensed directly from the photographers and writers we work with. You are warmly welcome to read, bookmark, print for personal use, and share links anywhere.
You may not republish entire articles, sell our photos, use them in commercial products, or feed them into training datasets without written permission. If you want to use something for a project, magazine, presentation, or even a university paper — just ask. We almost always say yes when credit is given and the context is nice.
Future Paid Digital Products
If we ever release downloadable maps, printable guides, or paid newsletters, they will remain for personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or uploading them to public servers is not allowed. We trust you, please trust us back.
Accuracy and Responsibility
We walk every street we write about, photograph every building in person, and double-check opening hours whenever possible. Still, cities change fast — construction starts, cafés close, museums move. We cannot guarantee that every bench will still be there when you arrive. The content is inspiration and guidance, not a contract with reality. Use common sense and up-to-date local information for safety and logistics.
Your Behavior
Be kind. Comments, emails, or any interaction with us or other readers should stay respectful. We reserve the right to delete spam, hate, or anything that ruins the calm atmosphere we try to protect.
Liability
We love cities, but we are not a travel agency, insurance company, or emergency service. You are responsible for your own tickets, visas, health, safety, and decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDZYN LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, missed flights, or ruined shoes that might happen while you follow our suggestions.
Changes to the Site and Terms
We may update the design, add new cities, or change these terms when needed. Significant changes will be announced on the site and via newsletter at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after that date means you’re okay with the new rules.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If we ever have a disagreement we cannot solve over coffee, it will be settled in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
