MDZYN LLC is a small independent company registered in Georgia, USA. We run a passion-driven travel-design website that shares curated city guides focused on architecture, creative spaces and aesthetics. Our Philosophy on Your Data
We believe privacy should feel as clean and thoughtful as the spaces we write about. That means we collect almost nothing, store even less, and never sell nothing, and delete whenever possible. This policy explains exactly what happens with the tiny amount of information that does pass through our servers.
Information We Actually Collect
When you simply read the website we collect only standard server logs: the date and time of your visit, rough geographic location derived from your IP address, browser type, and which pages you viewed. These logs exist only for security and to understand general traffic patterns. They are automatically deleted after 30 days.
If you subscribe to our monthly newsletter we store only your email address and the date you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no birthday, no favorite color.
If you write to us directly through email or the contact form we keep the conversation for as long as it takes to help you, then archive it securely and delete it when the thread is clearly finished.
Cookies and Similar Things
We use a single first-party session cookie so the site remembers your light/dark mode preference and that you already closed the newsletter banner. That cookie disappears when you close the browser. We also load images and fonts from our own server, nothing from third-party advertising networks. Analytics are handled by a self-hosted, privacy-first tool that never shares data with anyone else and never builds profiles.
Third Parties We Trust
The newsletter is sent through a reputable European provider that is fully GDPR-compliant and never scans or sells addresses. Payment processing for any future small digital products (if we ever launch them) will be handled by established platforms that are PCI-DSS certified; we never see or store your card details.
Your Rights
You have the right to
– ask what (if anything) we hold about you
– request immediate deletion of your email address from the newsletter list
– request export or complete removal of any correspondence
Just write to [email protected] with the same email address you used and we will handle it within 48 hours, usually much faster.
Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever need to make meaningful changes we will announce them on the site and via the newsletter at least 30 days in advance. Minor wording fixes may be updated silently for clarity.
