Our Current Reality
Right now the entire website is completely free: every guide, every photo, every route we spent nights writing. We don’t sell tickets, hotel bookings, tours, or ads. The only thing you can “buy” from us” is the occasional digital product (PDF city maps, printable walking routes, or small paid newsletters) when we decide to launch one. This policy covers exactly those rare paid items.
General Principle
Everything we sell is digital and delivered instantly. Because of that, traditional “change of mind” refunds are technically complicated. Still, we never want you to feel stuck with something that didn’t meet expectations. Our rule is simple: if you’re unhappy for any reason, we fix it or return your money, no drama.
14-Day Satisfaction Promise
Any digital product purchased directly from MDZYN LLC comes with a full 14-day refund window starting the moment the payment is completed. Didn’t like the layout? Found a typo that ruined your mood? Accidentally bought twice? Just write to us within 14 days and we refund 100 % immediately, usually the same hour.
How to Request a Refund
Send a short email to [email protected] from the same address you used for purchase. You don’t need order numbers or long explanations — a simple “Hey, I’d like a refund for the map I bought yesterday” is enough. We’ll confirm within a few hours and process the money back to the original payment method. Usually it lands in your account in 1-5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Cases (Very Few)
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace (for example, if we ever list something on Gumroad or similar platforms), their own refund policy applies and we kindly redirect you there. Custom work, personal consultations, or physical items (if we ever ship postcards or printed books) are handled case-by-case, but we’ll always try to find a fair solution.
Technical Problems
If the file won’t download, arrives corrupted, or you can’t open it on your device, contact us immediately — we’ll either fix the file in minutes or refund you on the spot, your choice.
Future Changes
Should we ever introduce subscriptions, memberships, or physical products, this policy will be updated and you’ll receive clear notice before any charge happens.
